September 24, 2011 - Triathamom
September 24, 2011 - I did my first try at a triathlon...bleh! I think I would have enjoyed the experience much more if I had been able to breathe. Don't get me wrong, I'm proud of myself for doing it, but it was frustrating because my body is capable of doing much better than I did. I finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes...okay. Over the past 18 months or so I have dealt with a condition called subglottic stenosis (and will probably deal with for the rest of my life), which basically is a narrowing of the airway. I just had my third surgery yesterday (October 4, 2011) to open the airway back up. The doctor said that prior to the surgery my airway was comparable to the airway of a 2 year-old. Needless to say, I would like to try another triathlon with the breathing capabilities of an adult. Everyone I passed asked if I was okay as I wheezed by. I think I'll try again another time :)

The girls, Austin, and my dad came out to support me. I was so happy to see them...even if the little ones weren't thrilled to be there.

September 9, 2011 - A couple of FIRSTS
September 9, 2011 - Tylar's first day of dance was a success! Aniston's was too, but we didn't get a picture of it.....oops. Tylar has watched Aniston do preschool, dance, and tumbling over the past couple of years and has been patiently waiting for her time to come. It brings me so much joy to see how happy she is getting to do HER own things. Happy dancing!
Right after dance we made our way up to Herriman High School. All week Aniston and her dearest friend Kelsey had been attending a junior cheer clinic and they LOVED it!
Here they are, anxiously waiting to get out to the football field to perform.
Aunt Kylee and Tylar were all smiles!

Grandma Annie and Grandpa Clair came to support our little Ra-Ra.
We are the Mustangs! Yell H-H-S! Walking into the high school that night Aniston said she was a little nervous. After performing she said, "That was so fun! Can I do it again?"
Way to go bug!

September 6, 2011 -It's official, Tylar Grace started preschool
September 6, 2011 - Tylar has been so EXCITED to finally start preschool. Ms. Kathy is her teacher and she has absolutely loved it!
