October 10, 2009 - The Disney Magic

October 10, 2009 - Before we headed off to the cruise, we were able to get in one quick swim. It was here that we learned that Tylar was not a huge fan of swimming...who knew?

As we embarked on the "Disney Magic", one of the first things we had to do was practice for an emergency. Everyone on board had to put on their life vests and go out to the deck to be counted. Tylar's special jacket was long-sleeved and hooded. I think she really liked it.

As we set sail we had a huge deck/dance party with all of the characters. The weather on the entire cruise was wonderful! It was hot, but when you added in the wind from the movement of the ship...p-e-r-f-e-c-t!

Despite what you may think based on this photo below, there was only water in Austin's cup :)

Our first dinner was at "Lumiere's". The food was great the entire time. Tylar ate more than she ever has, which is amazing! She did, however, refuse to sit in the high chair. Every meal it seemed that she ended up on someone's lap. Liz is the newest "unofficial" addition to the family and we all love her! Thanks uncle Tyler.

Every night when we returned to our room, Jeryll not only cleaned and turned down the beds, but she left us with a towel animal. The anticipation grew every night to see what kind of animal we would come back to. This first night was the night of the snake.
