October 31, 2011

October 31, 2011 - Halloween finally made it and we had a lovely night...for the most part. Tylar chose to be a very happy giraffe! Aniston was moderately pleased for Halloween and finished the costume season with her black cat attire.

Tylar was far more jazzed for trick-or-treating than Aniston. Grandpa Craig, Austin, and the girls went out, but it didn't take too long for Grandpa and Aniston to return. Tylar and Daddy stayed out for an additional 30 minutes or so. There were some tears from Aniston when Tylar returned with more candy, but it wasn't anything too serious that a litte "Junie B. Jones" couldn't fix.

Of course we had our traditional Halloween chili and witches brew....spooky. All in all, a fun time!

October 30, 2011 - Halloween at Grandma Annie's and Grandpa Clair's.

October 30, 2011 - We had Halloween festivities at Grandma Annie's and Grandpa Clair's. Tylar started off as a mouse, turned into a cat, and back into a mouse....I think. Siri sported the baby chick, and Aniston stayed with the black cat costume.

October 29, 2011

October 29, 2011 - We went to our ward Halloween Trunk-or-Treat party in the morning, and despite the chilly temperatures, had a great time. Aniston dressed up as a black cat, Tylar a skunk, and Siri left the house as a baby in pajamas and returned as a punk-rocking kiddo. I was in charge of the Primary trunk during the activity, so Austin took the girls around. I kept Siri with me, but towards the end Austin took Siri around a bit while I cleaned things up. Upon their return, my pajama wearing baby came back to me with spiky, hot pink hair. Surprisingly, it washed out very easily and Siri loved the "beauty parlor" experience of washing her hair out in the kitchen sink later that morning.

October 22/27, 2011

October 27, 2011 - Tylar dressed up in a different costume for every Halloween festivity this year. The first costume of the season was a blue-ish cat for preschool. October 22, 2011- We went on a family adventure to see the witches at Gardner Village. The witches were lame, but the TRAX ride was AmAzInG!!! I have to remember what is exciting for kids may not be a big to-do. A simple ride on the train made their day! We had a great time together despite the witches detour.

The girls were so excited to get moving!

This fall has been absolutely perfect! Seriously, this is what fall weather should be.

October 17/20, 2011

October 20, 2011 - Caught red-handed. Siri LOVES to get into the pantry by herself.

October 17, 2011 - Our happy Siri bug!
