December 25, 2008 - Ponnies and Princesses and Care Bears...Merry Christmas!

December 25, 2008 - We had a wonderful white Christmas! Tylar was especially excited and did great as we traveled from house to house.

Grandma Eileen SURPRISED Grandpa Craig with this beautiful piece of art. Mom and Dad had looked at this piece a while back and Dad said that they would get it "someday." Mom took it into her own hands to make "someday" happen. He was so shocked..it was fun to see him taken by complete surprise!
One day we were riding in the car and Aniston said, "I want ponnies, and princesses, and care bears for Christmas." It looks like Santa and mommy and daddy granted her wishes. At the beginning of the Christmas season we asked Aniston what she wanted for Christmas and all she would say was "a present." As time drew closer to Christmas, she figured out that you could specify for gifts.

We love our happy-happy Tylar!

December 24, 2008 - Christmas Eve

We went over to Grandma Eileen and Grandpa Craig's house for our traditional Christmas Eve dinner. After dinner, Aniston and Tylar got a surpise from a special visitor, Johnny the Elf. Johnny the Elf brought new jammies for our bugs. As you can see, Aniston really enjoyed hers!
Here Aniston was enjoying the gift she gave to her cousin Alli, Dora's Backpack. I am sure Tim and Brooke were excited for this singing and talking gift!

We knew wouldn't have time for baths Christmas morning, so the girls hopped in the tub before we left Grandma and Grandpa's.

Polar Express and the Joy School Party

December 20, 2008 - My old boss Khos invited our family to join them on the Polar Express. Although it wasn't necessarily a "first class" operation, Aniston had a fun time going on a real "choo-choo train" to the North Pole to see Santa. Santa is still a little bit scary.

December 16, 2008 - Aniston and her Joy School friends put on an amazing Christmas Program, including songs and a very "original" navitity.

December 14, 2008 - The Sorensen grandkids

December 14, 2008 - Grandma Annie got all of the Grandkids Christmas outfits. They are adorable!

"Smile pretty....please."
Look at these cute kids

December 13, 2008 - Frosty is here to stay!

December 13, 2008 - I finally got a coat for Aniston just in time for the snow to arrive. I had been looking for a coat for sometime, but couldn't find the one that I wanted. First, I got her a size 3T coat, which was huge! I took that back and we tried a 2T. As soon as Aniston put it on, she said, "Mommy, I can't wear this. It is too big!" And it was! So, although I really didn't want to, I finally bought her an 18month coat. Although she will be 3 years old in two months, this coat is a perfect fit! Our girls are just petite.
Aniston and I played in the snow for a good thirty minutes before she had had enough. Look at her cute red nose!
I am sure if Daddy had been at home rather than work, Frosty might have been a little better, but our mini-Frosty worked out just fine.

Our little Tylar is almost 7 months old!
Here is Santa wearing his stockings, "Ho, Ho, Ho!"

December 7 & 9 - "Look mommy, Tylar has a hat!"

Aniston always keeps Tylar fully accesorized!
Tylar adores Aniston! She absolutely loves any/all attention she receives from her big sister. Aniston is also a very good big sister in return. We are so blessed to have these girls!

December 6, 2008 - "Ho-Ho is a little bit scary!"

December 6, 2008 - Here we are in line to see Santa at our ward Christmas party. Aniston was very excited get glimpses of "Ho-Ho" while we waited.
As usual, Tylar was her patient self.
The excitement is building......
....Aniston is not so sure about this "Ho-Ho" guy.
She is ready to go home! As soon as we got in the car she said, "Ho-Ho is a little bit scary." Leading up to Christmas, Aniston would say that "Ho-Ho" was a little bit scary and that President Monson was a little bit shy. I am not really sure where that came from or why President Monson and Santa werenconnected, but oh well.

December 5, 2008 - Festival of Trees

December 5, 2008 - We went to the Festival of trees and Aniston was especially excited to see this "Pooh Bear" tree because, "It has a tigger, just like me!"
After we take Aniston's STRAIGHT hair out of "mouse ears" (braided buns), this is what it looks like.

Our Tylar bug...
November 26, 2008 - Tylar is 6 months old! I can't believe that she is growing so fast! We are so blessed!
